Welcome to Upaya, the organisation for contemplative psychology, education, and health.

Upaya offers weekend programs and extended (2-3 year) training programs in a number of contemplative disciplines, bringing together traditional wisdom of the contemplative spiritual traditions, in particular buddhism, and modern western wisdom and professional disciplines.

Currently we are offering introductory weekend programs and trainings in three fields: contemplative psychology, contemplative education, and contemplative health.

Our programs are suitable for professionals in such fields as psychology, education, medicine, healing and care, social work, education and in fact anyone with deep interest in these fields.
